| Continuing on from the last page, we will continue on with the playing procedure for roulette games. As we discussed before, the dealer will call for a stop in betting just before the ball drops over the number slots. The dealer's call is final and no bets can be made or changed at this point. |

Once the ball settles into a slot and the winning number is determined, the dealer (or croupier), will place a marker (commonly referred to as a “dolly”) on the winning number. Once the winning number has been marked, the croupier pays out all the roulette winning bets. All other chips are swept off the table at this point.
The playing procedure may vary a little for online roulette games. Since the croupier is not a real person in online roulette games, the computer will simply prompt you to begin or stop betting. The chips in online roulette games are simply erased. |
